Iliza Shlesinger

 Iliza Vie Shlesinger born February 22, 1983 , is an American comedian and actress who is also a TV host executive producer, as well as screenwriter. She won the NBC show Last Comic Standing 2008 and hosts the dating show syndicated by TBS Excused as well as the TBS show Separation Anxiety.





 Shlesinger hosted Truth and Iliza (Freeform) in 2017 on her own late-night talkshow. There are six Netflix comedy specials. Netflix has launched her sketch comedy show The Iliza Shlesinger sketch Show in April 2020.



 Iliza Vie Schlesinger was born into a Jewish family in New York City. She grew up in Dallas, Texas, where her family moved when she was just a little girl. She was a student at Addison's Greenhill School, Texas. In there, she learned Spanish, and was part the school’s improvisation team.





 Shlesinger was a performer on ComedySportz Dallas. She also attended the University of Kansas her freshman year. She was a participant in Semester at Sea. She was a student at Emerson College in Boston. The college was where she studied film and edited. She also became part of the Jimmy's comedy sketch group Traveling All Stars.

 Shlesinger She graduated from college, moved to Los Angeles in order to explore stand-up comedy. She was one of the most well-known performers in the Whiteboy Comedy group of standup comedians in Los Angeles, which brought her on stage at The Improv in Hollywood.
